If your score is between 2 and 3, you are doing well.
If your score is between 3 and 4, you might wish to examine your job and home life, evalute your priorities and consider what changes if any you can make to prevent burnout.
If your score is 4 or higher, you are experiencing burnout. Creating a plan of action to restore balance to your life is strongly suggested.
