Gary M. Spolansky

Director

        Prior to his entry into the field of Stress Management, Gary spent 20 years as an Accountant, MBA, with several well known firms such as Clifford Chance Rogers & Wells, Chadbourne & Parke and The Dreyfus Corporation. The experience and knowledge he gained in this capacity helped him to gain a deeper appreciation for the needs of business to increase productivity and morale by decreasing stress and interpersonal friction. This understanding was further enhanced when he left Clifford Chance Rogers & Wells to establish Stress Management of Long Island. Over the past 12 years, he has assisted many businesses and groups to reduce stress and tension within their organizations including the United Nations - Society for Enlightenment and Transformation, Clifford Chance Rogers & Wells, United States Department for Veterans Affairs - Extended Care Center, Saks Fifth Avenue and many more.

        In addition to his corporate experience, Gary is the author of several books including “The Higher Self Handbook of Tools for Transformation” (59 Ways to Create a New You), “The Art of Meditation Through Guided Imagery”, “Gentle Thoughts to Uplift your Heart and Nourish your Soul” and has been the host of the cable television show “Spirituality & You!”

        Additionally, he has just released his first DVD entitled “Gentle Thoughts for Relaxation and Inspiration” which features peaceful images of nature that incorporate inspirational sayings and soothing music.
